Take a square nori sheet, lay the shiny side down and cut one line halfway down the middle
Put 64g of cooked rice in a bowl and mix it with sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper and let it cool.
In a heated skillet, make scrambled eggs and shape into a square.
Pan fry slices of Spam until crispy, then set aside.
Slice the kimchi into small pieces and fry until golden brown, then set aside.
With your hands, spread the rice equally on the top square, then add the salad and your other vegetables on the second empty square next to the rice. On the remaining two bottom squares, you will place the two slices of Spam on one square and then the scrambled eggs on the remaining part. Before folding, remember to add the chopped kimchi mixture on top of the rice.
Starting with the bottom left side, fold the seaweed up and then to the right side. Finally, fold downwards.
Finally, you can add the Kelly Loves Spicy Mayo on top of your kimbap or simply dip it in. It's ready, enjoy!
